The Submissions handling add-on will allow you to store the information collected through your forms in your WordPress database.
This add-on is only available to Kali Forms Pro users.
After installing the add-on you will have a new option available in the form general configuration, Save form submissions. Once you enable this option the form will start storing the information submitted by your site users in the database.
You can view the collected submissions in your WordPress site admin panel. In the general listing of forms click the See submissions link.
For each submission you can perform one of the following actions:
- retrieve the submission link – this will copy the URL of the submission to your clipboard
- resend the form emails
You can also view a submission in the front-end of your WordPress site, the steps required for this are:
- 1. Create a new page
- 2. In the page add the following placeholder: Something went wrong.. This will be used to generate the URL of the submission.
- 3. Next in the form configuration, add the URL of the created page in the Submission View Page field
- 4. Now head to Kaliforms > All forms > See submissions, copy the submission link from the Actions column and use this in your browser address bar.
